I’m Isabella, founder of Socials by Isabella, a Yorkshire-based Social Media Manager with a background rooted in the beauty industry.

I have spent the past 9 years working within the beauty industry, progressing into a Beauty Salon Manager role where I was responsible for helping manage day-to-day operations of the salon, but also running and growing the salon’s social media for over 5 years. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of how powerful social media can be in building a brand, attracting new clients, and creating long-term business growth.

Wanting to take the next step in my career, I transitioned into self-employment to focus on both my beauty business and expanding my social media knowledge. I invested in further education and digital marketing training, and began working with small businesses to help them grow their online presence through strategic, professional and results-driven social media management.

Today, I split my time between my beauty business and managing social media for a range of clients across industries including retail, construction, home improvement, storage and hair and beauty. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of different audiences and how to position brands effectively online, regardless of industry.

My approach focuses on building a strong, consistent brand presence - combining strategy, professional content and cohesive branding to showcase not just the product or service, but the business behind it. I work closely with each client to create social media that reflects their brand identity, builds trust with their audience, and supports long-term business growth.

Being self-employed myself gives me a unique perspective. I understand the realities of running a business, and the importance of having a credible and consistent online presence. My goal is to help businesses elevate their brand, increase visibility, and attract the right clients through social media that is both creative and strategic.
